Holiday Let’s: Ocean Mist Window Cleaning offers a specialised holiday lettings cleaning service. We cover a wide range of properties including those that are 4 or 5 star rated. Our teams are trained to meet the expectations of varied requests of both guests and owners.
Changeover on departure ensures cleanliness of the property after previous guests. On every changeover the property is cleaned thoroughly throughout to ensure a high cleaning standard.
Changeover cleaning tasks include:
*property detailed check on arrival
*check list to be ticked off
*make all beds with fresh linen and towels
*sundry items *middstay clean and remake beds (only apply for 2 weeks or more bookings)
*check & refresh service (if property has been empty for 7 or more days) including check of all light bulbs, appliances, heating, hot water, dusting
*spring cleaning once a year before the new season starts
